Chicago Equity Partners will not disclose non-public information regarding clients or prospects to any non-affiliated party without the written consent of the client. In general, Chicago Equity Partners will release only essential information that is required to initiate and complete securities transactions (i.e. purchases, sales, tender). The firm may also use the client’s name for marketing purposes if prior written permission is obtained from the client. Information will be provided to regulators and auditors with the approval of a member of senior management of the firm. No other information is routinely disseminated by Chicago Equity Partners.
